Free Real Estate Bird Dog Lessons – Intro 01

There is a lot of wealth to be found in real estate investing, wealth that many people, maybe including you, are anxious to be a part of. You might think that the only way to be a part of this wealth is to have a lot of cash to start with, along with a lot of experience.  Most people think that real estate investing carries high startup costs and a high level of risk. I’m here today to tell you that this is not true, and you too can get involved in the world of real estate investing.

One of the lowest cost, lowest risk ways to get started investing is in real estate is to start out as a “Real Estate Bird Dog“.  Real estate bird dogging involves locating properties for other investors.  You simply find the properties and refer them to people that have the money to buy the properties.  There are variations on what a property locator is, all of which we will cover in these free real estate bird dog lessons.

As we go through this Bird Dogging course, I am going to show you, step-by-step how to find properties and turn them into profits.  I will show you all of the steps that I follow (and some that I don’t follow) to find undervalued properties for sale and find investors to hand them off to – and get paid for doing it.  Enjoy.
